I’ve said it all before, I think. I’m just so overjoyed that all those trapped are safe and sound. God bless those rescuers – there are no words to describe their courage and persistence. It must be very hard for Mrs Gunan tonight as the country celebrates around her. I hope she finds some comfort in knowing that many people will be thinking about her and remembering her husband’s sacrifice with the deepest of admiration.
